As reported by ABC15, Flagship Restaurant Group has signed on to introduce three of its dining concepts at this much-anticipated destination. Beyond the culinary offerings, the 10-acre Heritage Park development is poised to feature a luxurious 288-unit apartment community and provide a generous provision of retail shops, alongside over 300 parking spots, a strategic move that underscores the expansion’s magnitude. According to a press release, details obtained by KTAR, the park will see its first phase of openings in 2026 and aims for full completion by March 2027, ultimately hosting more than 30 combined restaurants and retail spaces.
Gilbert’s Mayor Scott Anderson, in a statement provided to KTAR, hailed Heritage Park as a “signature piece of the Heritage District,” one that will harmonize dining, retail, and residential opportunities to amplify the locale’s existing charm. Furthermore, Ghost Donkey, a New York City-born bar known for its accolade as “Cocktail Bar of the Year” in 2020 by Imbibe, showcases Mexican-inspired bites and an impressive spirit selection.
