Police officers noticed a gold semi-truck that he recognized from a previous theft. It was sitting at the Truck Park on Broadway Road near 32nd Avenue in Phoenix, Arizona.
They watched the gold truck, a red semi-truck, and a Land Rover leave from the truck yard. Employees confirmed that they didn’t have any scheduled deliveries, so the activity was suspicious.
