PHOENIX (AZFamily) — Frustration is setting in for young students in the Phoenix Job Corps program. It helps a couple of hundred low-income young adults with housing and job training; however, the center is one of nearly 100 nationwide on the chopping block.
The U.S. Department of Labor will suspend operations by the end of the month to comply with the Trump Administration’s budget proposal.
