MESA, Ariz. — Mesa Police have released surveillance video, body camera footage and interrogation audio showing the arrest and investigation of a warehouse employee accused of stealing more than $100,000 worth of bottled water from his workplace.
The newly released footage shows Francisco Huerta’s arrest in January and provides a detailed look at what police describe as an inside job at Niagara Bottling’s East Mesa facility.
