PHOENIX — A Silver Alert has been issued for a 79-year-old Mesa woman with Alzheimer’s who went missing on Monday, authorities said.
Patricia Stephens was last seen at 12:30 p.m. leaving her home near the area of Power and McKellips Road, according to the Arizona Department of Public Safety.
She was in a 2007 grey Subaru Impreza with an Arizona license plate reading 590DGC.

Stephens is 5-foot-5 and weights 110 pounds. She has brown, bleached hair with red highlights and was wearing an orange shirt, shorts and white shoes when last seen…
