Two teenagers were arrested after a stolen vehicle pursuit ended with a Mesa police officer shooting the driver in the hand.
Police said that on June 12 at about 4:45 p.m., the Real Time Crime Center alerted officers to a stolen vehicle near Power Road and Main Street.
