PHOENIX (KPHO/Gray News) – A leopard print-painted dog and its puppies were left in the scorching heat but have now found a new foster family.
Rainbow Brite, a 5-year-old pit bull mix, and her nine puppies were found tethered to a short leash in the heat with no access to water.
The owners agreed to surrender the dogs, stating they could no longer care for them, and the dogs were taken to spend time at a shelter…
