Weekend Traffic Incidents in Phoenix Leave Multiple Injured, Including Pregnant Woman and Children

Phoenix has been struck by a wave of traffic-related distress over the weekend, marking a troubling period for road safety within the city. On Saturday afternoon, a collision occurred along 35th Avenue south of Thomas Road that left a pregnant woman and two children injured among others. According to the ABC15 report, the Phoenix Fire Department responded to the crash, where multiple people were found to have sustained injuries.

Five people were taken to the hospital as a precaution, including a pregnant woman and children, who did not seem to be seriously hurt. In a separate crash early Friday at 7th and Van Buren Streets, a woman and three children were critically injured.
