Salt River Project is offering two free trees to eligible customers to help create shade and reduce energy use for their property.
Eligible customers must:
- Attend a virtual workshop;
- Be a current SRP electric customer;
- Have a legal right to planting trees on property;
- Call 811 prior to planting to locate utility lines;
Eligible customers can choose two 2- to 6-foot saplings of Palo Verde, Native Mesquite, Thornless Mesquite, Willow Acacia, Desert Willow or Lilac Chaste.
