PHOENIX — Authorities issued a Silver Alert on Tuesday for a missing 28-year-old man last seen in Phoenix.
Anzuruni Saidi was last seen on foot in the area of North 25th Drive and West Glendale Avenue on Monday, according to the Arizona Department of Public Safety.
Saidi, who only speaks Swahili, is 5-foot-1 with black hair and brown eyes, DPS said…
