PHOENIX (AZFamily) — Defense attorneys in the high-profile murder case of Preston Lord are trying to convince a judge that prosecutors have wrongly accused Talyn Vigil, one of six remaining teens facing first-degree murder charges.
This is the latest development in the beating death of Lord, who was only 15 years old when he was brutally attacked outside a Queen Creek party in 2023. Lord died in the hospital days later.
