The Hub Grill & Bar has suspended all operations at its Stapley Drive location. This marks the second fire-related closure of one of its East Valley locations; the first occurred on New Year’s Eve 2020.

The Hub Stapley Closes Doors for an Indefinite Period

A local restaurant and sports grill chain closed its Stapley Drive-based location on Friday, June 20. The Hub Grill and Bar shared the news with the patrons of the Phoenix metro area through an Instagram post.

Mesa Fire and Medical, assisted by Gilbert Fire, responded to 1860 S. Stapley Drive in Mesa. They found heavy smoke and flames in the restaurant’s roof area of The Hub Stapley. Patrons and staff were evacuated, and the fire was extinguished without it spreading any further.
