A Phoenix man is facing charges after law enforcement officials discovered a home doubling as an unlicensed veterinary surgery center. Edgar Glover, 37, is accused of animal cruelty and neglect, as well as operating without a veterinary license, as per FOX 10 Phoenix.
Authorities uncovered the makeshift clinic during a raid on Glover’s west Phoenix residence, where they found 16 dogs living under inhumane conditions, as reported by FOX 10 Phoenix. Animals were allegedly kept caged, without access to food or water, amid urine and feces.
