PHOENIX — Sedona is getting an affordable housing community after a construction management firm announced Friday the groundbreaking of The Villas on Shelby.
On 1.2 acres owned by the city of Sedona, Westpac Residential Inc. is constructing a three-story apartment complex. There will be 24 one-bedroom units and six three-bedroom units.
