Man turns himself in to police, charged with 2nd-degree murder in Phoenix shooting

An 18-year-old man turned himself in to authorities and has been charged with second-degree murder and aggravated assault in connection with a shooting Tuesday that killed a 48-year-old man and left a woman hospitalized, Phoenix police said Sunday.

Victor Morales-Jimenez turned himself in to police 9:30 p.m. June 28, police said.
