100 Arizonans celebrate Independence Day by becoming US citizens

PHOENIX (AZFamily) — Lots of families are spending the Fourth of July preparing for fireworks and cookouts, but 100 people spent the morning becoming U.S. citizens.

It’s something South Mountain Community College has been doing on Independence Day for nearly four decades.
