Tempe Police detectives last week arrested one of their former brothers in blue on charges he stole just over $24,000 by claiming unearned overtime over a two-year period.
Demetrius Domonique Mitchell was arrested two days after his July 8 resignation and charged with felony counts of fraudulent schemes and theft.
