The Mesa Police Department is seeking the public’s help in locating 22-year-old Dylan Waltz who is missing and was last seen at 11 p.m. July 16 in the area of Brown and Gilbert roads.
He was last seen leaving his residence wearing blue jeans, a black shirt, white Nike shoes and a brown hat. Dylan has been diagnosed with multiple cognitive disorders.
