A California-based defense and aerospace manufacturer that focuses heavily on AI and automation plans to invest $200 million into a new factory in Mesa, the Arizona Commerce Authority announced Thursday.
The company, Hadrian, plans a 270,000-square-foot facility — dubbed Factory 3, or F3 — that is expected to create 350 new jobs and be fully operational by early 2026.
The facility will be located in Building A inside The Cubes at Mesa Gateway project from CRG Integrated Real Estate Solutions.
