TEMPE, Ariz. (CNN Newsource/WKRC) – A shocking surprise for a woman who was waiting for a pizza delivery.
She opened her door expecting a deliveryman but was instead greeted by police.
It all started in Tempe, Arizona, when police officers pulled over a driver. According to Tempe PD, the driver was arrested during a traffic stop for violations including speeding and reckless driving.
