PHOENIX (AZFamily) — A serial burglar in the East Valley is behind bars after being accused of stealing thousands of dollars from small businesses and leaving behind thousands of dollars worth of damage.
Tempe police said the same thief, 22-year-old Jose Perez-Robledo, is linked to more than a dozen burglaries in the last month.
