A man died after his car crashed into a commercial building and started a fire in south Phoenix, according to police and fire officials.
At about 10 p.m. July 27, first responders were called to a single-vehicle crash at a commercial building near 15th Avenue and Grant Street, according to Capt. DJ Lee of the Phoenix Fire Department.
