Tempe High School math teacher’s estate seeks $10M from City of Mesa

The estate of a Tempe High math teacher who died last December in a wrong-way crash faults the City of Mesa for the accident and wants $10 million to settle.

The notice of claim was filed June 3 in which the city has 60 days to respond.
