TEMPE, AZ (AZFamily) — Tempe police have an announced an arrest in the shooting death of a teen boy shot dead under a bridge near the Loop 202 freeway last week.
Police said 19-year-old Edwin Edward Denis was taken into custody on Thursday, but didn’t specify what charges he faces.
