Arizona developer wants to build 3,000 acre ‘data center corridor’ between Tucson and Phoenix

An Arizona-based land developer is making plans to create one of the largest data-center alleys in the country.

The company Vermaland filed for rezoning in Pinal County earlier this year to turn 3,000 acres of land between Phoenix and Tucson into a “data center corridor.”
