On Monday, a woman was found dead from a gunshot wound in west Phoenix. Phoenix Police said officers responded to reports of a body near 75th Avenue and Encanto Boulevard, where they found the victim unresponsive. She was pronounced dead at the scene. A homicide investigation is underway, according to FOX 10 Phoenix.
