PHOENIX (AZFamily) — Phoenix police have identified a teen girl who was found shot and killed at a west Phoenix apartment not far from Desert Sky Mall earlier this week.
On Thursday, authorities identified the victim as 15-year-old Kyelonna Meya Smiley.
