Two suspects have been arrested after months of investigating drug sales in Downtown Scottsdale, police said.
Scottsdale Drug Enforcement Unit detectives on Aug. 13 arrested 31-year-old Matsemela Zuzu Moloi and Luke Asher McConnell, 26, police said Saturday.
