PEORIA, Ill. – An Arizona man will spend a decade in federal prison after mailing fentanyl to a Peoria address in 2023.
The Department of Justice says 38-year-old Terence Michael Carroll was sentenced to 120 months in prison and five years supervised release on August 14th.
Prosecutors say uncontested evidence from December 2023 was presented that showed Carroll mailed a package to Peoria from Tempe, Arizona. The package contained about 11,757 tablets, or 1,295.4 grams, of a mixture and substance containing fentanyl…
