CHANDLER, Ariz. — Emilie Kiser’s declaration from her May lawsuit to seal records about her 3-year-old son Trigg’s death is now public.
12News has learned Kiser’s son tripped and drowned in the backyard pool of their Chandler home. She had filed a lawsuit to block the release of certain government records about her son’s death.
