PHOENIX – Authorities issued a Silver Alert on Wednesday for a missing Phoenix woman.
Dinah Nyiramasaka, 68, was last seen on Tuesday at 1 p.m. at her apartment near 38th Avenue and McDowell Road, according to the alert.
