Lin’s Grand Buffet, an Arizona-based buffet chain offering a wide selection of Asian and American dishes, is getting ready to expand in Mesa at an 8,684-square-foot building at 1017 E Baseline Rd.
The company’s newest location is set to move into a long-vacant building near Baseline Road and Cooper Road, just west of Jason’s Deli, which is the former home of Fiesta Mexicana, according to East Valley Now. While an exact opening date has not been announced, the sale was finalized for $3.3 million. Based on Lin’s nearby presence at Ellsworth and Southern, the Mesa location appears to be a strategic step in building density in the East Valley.
Lin’s Grand Buffet was founded in 2002 and currently operates more than a dozen locations across Arizona, Texas, and California. The brand is known for affordable buffet-style dining and a wide-ranging menu, serving customers in areas such as Phoenix, Tucson, Yuma, Casa Grande, and Murrieta, California.
