Last seen in the vicinity of 11th Street and McDowell Road, there is a growing concern for his well-being due to a medical condition requiring regular medication.
Described as a white male, standing at 6 feet 2 inches tall, and weighing 173 pounds, Ryan has brown eyes and black hair.
