PHOENIX – Authorities issued a Silver Alert on Monday morning for a 23-year-old Native American woman who went missing in Phoenix last week.
Liberty Nicole Salazar was last seen on foot Thursday in a neighborhood near Seventh Street and Union Hills Drive. She was wearing a black shirt, black leggings and white Converse shoes.
