A 21-year old Phoenix man was charged in a federal criminal complaint with possession with intent to distribute methamphetamine, according to a release on Monday.
John Avendano, accoring to the complaint, was arrested during a traffic stop Sept. 22 when investigators seized a firearm and approximately 30 pounds of methamphetamine, which was hidden in a black trash bag in the truck.
Inestigators also found more than five pounds of methamphetamine, about 250 grams of cocaine and two additional firearms in a search of Avendano’s residence, according to the report…
