Gilbert woman claims her water bill unexpectedly skyrocketed by 1,000%
A Gilbert woman said her water bill went from $260 to more than $2,600 despite no change in her usage. Nancy Stipp said the spike came after the town replaced its water meter and billing system last month. The town is blaming the change on a new billing system. Austin Walker reports.
