Arizona teens found slaughtered in car in forest before chilling clue leads cops to killer

An Arizona man was arrested in connection with the murder of two Phoenix teens found dead in May in a national state forest.

Thomas Brown, 31, was arrested and charged with the first-degree murder of Pandora Kjolsrud, 18, and Evan Clark, 17, following a months-long investigation, according to the Maricopa County Sheriff’s Office.

“Maricopa County Sheriff’s Office Detectives have apprehended 31-year-old Thomas Brown in connection to the Mount Ord homicide investigation that occurred on May 27, 2025,” the department wrote on its Facebook page.
