PHOENIX — The superintendent of a West Valley school district who was already under fire for questionable spending now faces alarming allegations involving his handling of threats to student safety.
Speaking at an Arizona legislative hearing Tuesday, a former principal in the Tolleson Union High School District alleged that Superintendent Jeremy Calles:
