Angry Chickz, the boldly flavored Nashville hot chicken restaurant, is coming to Mesa.
The restaurant chain recently submitted a permit application to the City of Mesa for a new restaurant to be located at 2015 S. Alma School Road. The restaurant takes over the former Fired Pie pizza shop and is located next to a Starbucks. No opening date has been set.
Angry Chickz started as a single 900 square-foot restaurant in East Hollywood. In 2018, owner David Mkhitaryan after falling in love with Nashville hot chicken and its bold, spicy flavor.
