PHOENIX (AZFamily) — A dramatic rescue by Phoenix Police of a woman who fell into a canal was captured on camera.
Newly released body cam video captures the dramatic rescue that happened in the early morning hours of October 14th. The woman claimed she was sitting near the edge of the canal when she fell in.
Police said the woman’s phone was still able to call 911 despite her falling in the water…
