PHOENIX — One person is dead and another seriously hurt after a crash in north Phoenix on Sunday morning, according to the city’s police department.
At about 10:30 a.m., officers were reportedly called to a crash involving two vehicles at the intersection of 19th Avenue and Encanto Boulevard.
