Huge metro Phoenix housing development expected to draw 300K residents

The first homebuyers in a Buckeye development that could grow to as many as 300,000 residents have moved in.

Kathy Bonillas and Everardo Rodarte Lara are the first residents of Teravalis, one of the nation’s biggest new communities. Plans call for more than 100,000 homes in the 37,000-acre development located between the White Tank Mountains and Belmont Mountain Range.
