San Tan Valley man sentenced in Queen Creek drunk-driving death of child

A 34-year-old San Tan Valley man has been sentenced in the 2024 drunk-driving death of a young girl in Queen Creek.

Jason A. Sanchez was sentenced to 20 years in the Arizona Department of Corrections after being convicted of second-degree murder and one count of aggravated assault, according to a press release Monday from the Pinal County Attorney’s Office.
