PHOENIX (AZFamily) — A suspect is in the hospital after he crashed into a freeway overpass fence after fleeing authorities in Phoenix.
An Arizona Department of Public Safety (DPS) supervisor told Arizona’s Family that troopers tried to make a traffic stop on the vehicle on Interstate 10 near 35th Avenue late Tuesday night. The vehicle was driving about 130 mph, DPS said.
