Two separate shooting incidents in Phoenix resulted in fatalities and injuries. In downtown Phoenix on Tuesday night, police responded to a shooting at an apartment near 19th Street and Roosevelt Street. According to FOX 10 Phoenix, two men were found with gunshot wounds around 10:06 p.m. Both were transported to a hospital, where 20-year-old Zarion Lavel Davis died from his injuries, and the second man remains hospitalized.
The investigation is ongoing, with detectives intending to interview the surviving victim once they are released from the hospital. Police have not identified a suspect or released information on a potential motive.
