Suspect in Gilbert crash that killed 2 women arrested after release from hospital

A 35-year-old man was arrested on Thanksgiving Day as the suspect in a September crash that killed two women, Gilbert police said.

Robb Hintzsche, who was injured in the Sept. 19 collision at Recker and Ray roads, was released from a hospital Thursday and booked into jail. He was charged with two counts of second-degree murder, three counts of felony endangerment and one count of animal cruelty, police said.
