PHOENIX — Phoenix police have identified the two individuals who died in a Nov. 28 incident that started as a shooting and ended as a traffic collision.
Shortly before 11 p.m., two motorcyclists were stopped at a traffic light at 7th Avenue and Interstate 17 when one of them fired shots at the other, police said.
A driver saw the shooting and then hit the alleged shooter with his car. That driver remained on scene, was detained for questioning and then released pending further investigation…
