TEMPE, AZ (AZFamily) — On Tuesday, the Kyrene School Board held a study session that lasted nearly three hours to discuss the district’s Long Range Plan, which, at this point, includes closing several schools.
Arizona’s Family has reported on the decision looming over the Kyrene School District, which included an initial recommendation to close nine schools. That list was changed to eight in September after community and school board feedback.
