MESA, Ariz. — A Valley family is grappling with an unimaginable loss, not only mourning the death of their mother, but searching for her cremated remains after they were mistakenly released to a stranger.
Barbara Hall died on Nov. 6, leaving behind a large, close-knit family. Her children say she was a kind, sweet woman who was loved by everyone who knew her. In the days following her death, her son, Beau Jent, his brother and sister, arranged for her cremation through Sunflower Cremation & Burial in east Mesa.
