TEMPE, Ariz. — He lost his first and only son in a deadly hit-and-run, and now Justin Gonzalez is demanding the Tempe bar connected to the incident be shut down.
“He was a good, caring human being, and he loved the zest of life,” Justin Gonzalez said of his son, Joseph Gonzalez. “He had a smile and a laugh that would light up a room.”
